Here are some fun ways to get involved in your student’s school. We would love to have you join us!

Art to Grow	Aid in class instruction and assist with art; curriculum orientation and guidance provided for all art volunteers - no experience needed!
Book Swap	Support literacy at Beck, collect donations, organize inventory, staff the swap (twice a year).​
Beck-Boosters: Sponsorship	Recruit sponsorship accounts, coordinate correlating marketing activities.
Yearbook	​Organize, accumulate class pages, publish, take orders, distribute. ​
Field Day (Spring 2027)	Assist teachers with games on Field Day held the last week of school in June.
​Fund the Arts Auction	Classroom Collaborative Art Live Auction, Silent Auction, Food, Wine & More. March 12, 2027
Garden Club	​Maintain our garden, coordinate classroom & garden participation.​
Global Holiday Celebration	A community event at Beck celebrating the many cultures of our Beck Bears. December 15.
​Gift Wrap Fundraiser	​​Coordinate, promote, facilitate orders. September only.
Jog A Thon	Promote the event, ​​collect payments, event plan, provide popsicles and water, count laps. Help set up obstacles. May 2027.​
Library	Assist Jessie Beck's librarian in shelving books, helping students when needed, assist during the book fairs.
Walking/Biking School Bus	Assist in walking or biking a group of children to school. ​​
Sensational ​Scarecrow Festival	This is a fun community event put on by our school. Run games, sell tickets, food booths, and more. October 1. ​
​Staff Appreciation​	Help contribute to periodic staff acknowledgement events. Volunteers are asked to bring in items as needed.

General Volunteers
If you would like to volunteer but have an unpredictable schedule, this is the job for you! We will add you to our general volunteer list. You will be called or emailed to see if you are able to help for various events. ​
